Thank you for your interest in Rockford Christian Schools.  We hope you will find the following information helpful with the application process.  Please call the school office if you have any questions regarding the Admissions Procedure.

To begin the admissions process, please complete the following steps:

  • Fill out the Application for Admission and attach a recent photo of the student to the front of the application.
  • Send the Teacher Recommendation Form (grades 1–12) and the Pastor/Youth Pastor Recommendation Form (grades 6–12) to the appropriate people, who will then mail the forms directly back to R.C.S.
  • Fill out and sign the Health Services Form.
  • Fill out the Student Questionnaire (grades 6–12).
  • Obtain recent grades (report cards and/or transcripts) and standardized test scores   (grades 1–12) and submit with application.
  • Submit a copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate.
  • Return all of the above paperwork to the school, along with the registration fee.

The next step in the admission process is the Principal/Parent interview (grades 6 -12) and any placement testing.  Interview and testing appointments will be scheduled after we have received all of the application forms listed above, including grades and test scores.  You will be contacted by our Admissions Office as soon as we receive all of your paperwork.
