Coronavirus Closing

Message from Mr. Brandt

COVID-19 Notice

It goes without saying that the COVID-19 Coronavirus has caused some disruption to our daily routines.  Because of state mandate, and of course our concern for the safety and security of our students, families and staff, the following announcement reflects our current situation.  Please note this information is fluid and will probably change so check back often for updates.  Information will also be sent home via email.  If you are not receiving email correspondence from RCS, please contact the main office to make sure we have accurate contact information for you.

On Friday, March 20th, Illinois Governor Pritzker declared mandatory closures to extend through April 7th.  We will re-evaluate the re-opening of school at that time based on CDC and government recommendations.  Summary:

March 16 - April 7th, RCS is closed to students.

From March 21 - April 7, RCS will be closed, including the offices.

From March 17 through April 7th, all school events, activities, competitions and practices are canceled or postponed unless you are informed otherwise.

Online schooling will begin on March 31st.  Please watch your email for more information.
